Background: The company CEO had a vision to grow the business from £22m to £33m in 3 years. We were asked to assist the senior management in developing a strategic marketing plan that would be credible. This plan would be presented to the board for approval in a very short time scale – 4 days to be exact!
Outcome: Working with the senior management team, we arranged a workshop to pool ideas and information. JT Marketing Services was able to review and amend the client’s marketing strategy after identifying their critical factors for success. We also made recommendations on allocation of marketing, financial and human resources to achieve their growth targets together with an outline annual marketing plan with a full budget. Our 3 year growth plan was duly supplied on time and was duly adopted by the board of Directors. The company has achieved its targets.
